Consensus Council convened the 2024 International Legislators’ Forum (ILF) June 16-19, 2024 in Duluth, MN.

Lawmakers from Manitoba, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota gathered to discuss issues related to healthcare workforce recruitment and retention and energy transitions.

In addition to pursuing solutions for shared concerns, the group enjoyed a tour of the Gerdau Steel Grinding Ball Plant, a harbor cruise on the Vista Fleet, and a reception at the St. Louis County Depot.

The ILF will convene next in the Black Hills in South Dakota, June 22-25, 2025.
