Background
On June 25-27, twenty-nine legislators representing Manitoba, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota participated in the 14th Annual International Legislators Forum (ILF). Hosted this year in Moorhead, Minnesota, the Forum will provide three very busy days filled with working and social events designed to provide the delegates with opportunities to be informed, share ideas and concerns, develop and expand working relationships and develop agreements, proposed solutions and approaches to common challenges. This year’s focus was on Technology, Agriculture, Energy, and Economic Development.
