In April, Consensus Council co-sponsored the Practicing Restorative Justice Conference with Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM), hosted on MSUM’s campus. This four-day event, held April 7-10, brought together approximately 125 passionate and committed practitioners, educators, justice professionals, and community members to explore the application of Restorative Justice across four key areas: Justice, Education, Community, and Culture.
The conference began with pre-conference Circle Trainings and continued with keynotes and breakout sessions that offered thoughtful dialogue, practical tools, and diverse perspectives. The gathering highlighted the growing momentum behind restorative practices and their potential to strengthen relationships and foster meaningful change.
Stay tuned for details on the next conference, tentatively set for April 2027!
